Immersify9 (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Immersify9 mobile application and website (immersify9.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our platform.

Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those services. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.
Calculator Data: When you use our financial calculators and choose to save your results, we store your input values and calculated results in your user profile. This data is only accessible to you.
Article Interactions: When you like an article, we store that interaction linked to your user account.
Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized data about how you interact with our app, including pages viewed, features used, session duration, and device information. This data is collected through PostHog and is used to improve our platform.
Error and Diagnostic Data: We collect crash reports and error logs through Sentry to identify and fix technical issues. This data may include device type, operating system version, and app state at the time of the error.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, or any biometric information. We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not collect data from children under 13.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
– Provide and maintain your account
– Save your calculator results and article preferences
– Send password reset emails when requested
– Analyze app performance and fix bugs
– Improve our platform based on usage patterns

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate our platform:
Firebase (Google): Authentication and database services. Google's privacy policy applies to their handling of this data.
Sentry: Error tracking and crash reporting. Sentry receives diagnostic data only, not your personal profile information.
PostHog: Product analytics. PostHog receives anonymized usage data to help us understand how our app is used.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to prevent fraud or security threats.
Data Security
We protect your data using industry-standard security measures. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Your authentication is managed through Firebase, which provides enterprise-grade security infrastructure.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Settings page or by contacting us at info@immersify9.com.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile information, saved calculator results, and article interactions from our systems. Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
– Access the personal data we hold about you
– Request correction of inaccurate data
– Request deletion of your data
– Object to certain processing of your data
– Request a copy of your data in a portable format
